 Delivery Zones
Zone A: Standard 2-4 day Delivery is FREE.
Zone B: If your delivery address is in Zone B, please contact us with details of the items you are interested in and we will be able to provide a quote for delivery. Please note that 2-4 day delivery is only available in Zone A, Monday-Friday, please contact us if you wish to arrange for delivery on a specified date, there may be an additional charge for this service. |
Delivery Information We despatch orders Monday to Friday, orders received by 12pm will be processed and despatched the same day, orders received after 12pm will be despatched the following day. We will endeavour to notify you of items that are out of stock via email within 1 working day of your order. Delivery times are not guaranteed and should the delivery be delayed by factors beyond our control, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity. Small Items All small items are shipped with third party couriers who deliver Monday to Friday. Larger Items Our couriers will deliver on a 'kerbside delivery' basis Monday - Friday, you will need to organise to take your goods in. We can quote for delivery into the property, however, this is done on a per order basis - please contact us for more information. |
Please ensure upon delivery of your order that items are checked over fully for any signs of damage. If any of the furniture is obviously broken please refuse the parcel(s) affected, and notify us and we will make arrangements for a replacement to be despatched immediately.
If you cannot identify if any damage has occurred but the packing is either torn or dented, please sign for the goods as 'damaged', enabling a claim to be made if any damage is subsequently discovered.
